สถาบันวิจัยและพัฒนาพลังงานนครพิงค์ มหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่ ร่วมกับ องค์การบริหารจัดการก๊าซเรือนกระจก (องค์การมหาชน) หรือ TGO โดยสถาบันวิทยาการด้านการเปลี่ยนแปลงสภาพภูมิอากาศ (CAA) ได้ดำเนินการจัดกิจกรรม “การฝึกอบรมพัฒนาวิทยากร (Train the Trainer) สำหรับหลักสูตรการประเมินคาร์บอนฟุตพริ้นท์ขององค์กรเชิงลึก (CFO)” ระหว่างวันที่ 11 – 12 ธันวาคม พ.ศ. 2568 ณ โรงแรมทีเค พาเลซ & คอนเวนชั่น กรุงเทพมหานคร
การอบรมในครั้งนี้มีเป้าหมายเพื่อพัฒนา “วิทยากรมืออาชีพ” ที่มีความรู้เชิงลึกและสามารถถ่ายทอดองค์ความรู้ด้านการประเมินคาร์บอนฟุตพริ้นท์ขององค์กรได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ เพื่อเป็นกำลังขับเคลื่อนสำคัญในการเสริมสร้างบุคลากรด้านคาร์บอนของประเทศ โดยมีผู้เข้าอบรมรวมทั้งสิ้น 42 คน และได้รับเกียรติจากวิทยากรผู้เชี่ยวชาญระดับประเทศ 4 ท่าน ร่วมถ่ายทอดองค์ความรู้และทักษะตลอดระยะเวลา 2 วัน
เรียนรู้เนื้อหาเชิงลึก…สู่การเป็นผู้สอนที่มีประสิทธิภาพ
ในวันแรกของการอบรม มุ่งเน้นไปที่เนื้อหาเชิงวิชาการและแนวทางการประเมินคาร์บอนฟุตพริ้นท์ขององค์กรเชิงลึก โดยได้รับเกียรติจาก ผศ. ดร.ณัฐนี วรยศ รองผู้อำนวยการสถาบันวิจัยและพัฒนาพลังงานนครพิงค์ มหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่ และ ผศ. ดร.วิกานดา วราห์บัณฑูรวิทย์ ผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านการประเมินคาร์บอนฟุตพริ้นท์ มหาวิทยาลัยเกษตรศาสตร์ ร่วมถ่ายทอดองค์ความรู้ในประเด็นสำคัญ อาทิ โครงสร้างหลักสูตรและเป้าหมายการเรียนรู้เชิงลึก การกำหนดขอบเขตองค์กรและการรายงาน เทคนิคการเก็บข้อมูลและการประเมินปริมาณก๊าซเรือนกระจกรายกิจกรรม การจัดทำรายงานตามข้อกำหนดของ อบก. และการเตรียมความพร้อมเพื่อรับการทวนสอบ
เสริมทักษะการถ่ายทอด…สู่การเป็นวิทยากรมืออาชีพ
การอบรมในวันที่สองมุ่งเน้นการพัฒนาสมรรถนะด้านการเป็นวิทยากร โดยได้รับเกียรติจาก อ.พญ.สุธาพร ล้ำเลิศกุล และ คุณขรรคชัย เกษมเนตร วิทยากรมืออาชีพจาก BetterPitch ร่วมถ่ายทอด “เทคนิคการเป็นวิทยากร” อย่างมืออาชีพ ครอบคลุมเนื้อหาตั้งแต่ การเตรียมความพร้อมและบุคลิกภาพของวิทยากร เทคนิคการถ่ายทอดเนื้อหาและการเรียงลำดับเรื่องราวอย่างเป็นระบบ (Storytelling) ไปจนถึงการออกแบบสไลด์และสื่อการสอนให้น่าสนใจและเข้าใจง่าย
เสริมสร้างเครือข่าย ขยายฐานความรู้…สู่ความยั่งยืน
นอกจากการพัฒนาศักยภาพด้านความรู้และทักษะแล้ว การอบรมครั้งนี้ยังเป็นเวทีสำคัญในการสร้างเครือข่ายวิทยากรที่จะเป็นกลไกสำคัญในการขยายองค์ความรู้ด้านการจัดการก๊าซเรือนกระจก และสนับสนุนภาคส่วนต่างๆ ในการขับเคลื่อนประเทศไทยสู่เป้าหมายความเป็นกลางทางคาร์บอน (Carbon Neutrality) และการปล่อยก๊าซเรือนกระจกสุทธิเป็นศูนย์ (Net Zero GHG Emission) อย่างเป็นรูปธรรมและยั่งยืน
